Our Story

Mint and Mae is a refurbished 1955 vintage travel trailer that offers a modern rustic twist to the mobile bar industry. We’re a mobile bar tending service based in Santa Clarita, CA. Our fun flare, professional staff, and deliciously crafted cocktails will be sure to leave you and your guests something to talk about. Our goal is to give our clients the option of diversity as well as a one of a kind experience!

Hi! I’m Alexis, owner of Mint and Mae. I have been in the food and hospitality industry for a couple years now, more specifically the baking industry, and after graduating culinary school I wanted a new project venture to tie into my current field of work. So that’s how Mint came along, my vintage travel trailer that my dad flipped and turned it into this rustic beauty.

Occasionally you’ll see and meet others apart of my team, mainly my family, helping out at events as well because let’s be honest I can’t do it all alone. I love using my creativity to create flavor profiles to make delicious and refreshing drinks. So welcome and hope to serve and be a part of your next event, cheers!

How Does This Work?

We are a dry hire bar tending service. This means we can provide everything except alcohol. We like to discuss and help with a decision upon a beverage menu. This could be signature cocktails, beer(s), wine, mocktails, etc.. From that you will be given a liquor shopping list based on the menu and number of guests. This will allow the client to purchase based on the budget and keep any unused alcohol. On the day of the event we bring everything else.
